Chocolate Clusters bring back lovely childhood memories. My mom use to make containers full of biscuits for the family masses that arrived around Christmas, but my favourite by far was the chocolate oat clusters.
For the standard recipe one simply melts the cocoa, sugar, peanut butter and oil and combine it with the oats.
I have adapted the recipe to a healthier version by drastically reducing the sugar, switching the sunflower oil for coconut oil and the standard cocoa for dark chocolate cocoa.
For those who would like to try an even healthier option replace the sugar with an alternative sweetener and try gluten free oats.
